HOW:
This is a cradle-to-grave job. We manage every aspect of the recruitment process, regardless of how complex it is. We start by creating and vetting a comprehensive job and person specification, based on the technical requirements of the role. We’ll market the opportunity using the most appropriate methodology, and create and conduct an appropriate structured interviewing process that might even include technical assessment centres or psychometric tests. Finally we’ll work out a shortlist with you, discuss and agree appropriate offer of employment and negotiate this with your chosen candidate.
